Our Neighborhood... is Special
West Central is unlike any place in town. Located on Route 66, just west of downtown Springfield, Missouri, it's full of historic buildings and homes including stately Victorians, quaint bungalows and classic brick apartment houses. Not only is it full of character, but its streets are also safe enough to bike or walk conveniently to all the fun downtown destinations. If you yearn for the days of front porches and walking to work, we encourage you to to join us by living and investing in West Central.
The boundaries that define our neighborhood are:
West - Kansas Expressway
East - South Avenue
North - Chestnut Expressway
South - Grand
(There is also a small section that runs to the west side of Fort from Grant to Catalpa, and then Catalpa west almost to Kansas Expressway.)
